Hal and his co-worker did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my windshield. Scheduling was super easy and flexible. They came to the house and repaired/calibrated my windshield in an hour. It was an affordable, quick, and overall a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My windshield was in such bad shape and Hal got me looking brand new again! Hal was so wonderful and helpful. I called to get a quote and they ended being able to see me that same day. They even vacuumed my car, so sweet! Really affordable and wonderful customer service! I would absolutely recommend.

Hal in Charlotte is a gentleman and a pleasure to have had him replace my windshield. Hal was helpful with ensuring the insurance was filed correctly so the work could be completed promptly with no issues. The completed work was shown and discussed with me. What was notable was the effort put in to ensure the windshield was perfectly clean and the floor vacuumed. It was a nice change from the high volume atmosphere of the large chain service stores in the area. Optick-Kleer’s warranty is also fairly comprehensive.

Hal has done an amazing job for us several times now! Quick to respond, pleasant to work with, prompt, reasonably priced... the whole package! Excellent next day service!!!!! I utilized Hal to replace my windshield months ago & had the unfortunate need for him again when my car was broken into. He came out the next day & quickly & professionally cleaned up the glass & replaced my window. As well as ensured that the windshield was still doing well.
